Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by CedarOak Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

CedarOak Studio provides website design, development, and branding services to clients. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement between the client and the agency.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, and feedback necessary for CedarOak Studio to complete the project. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner.

All work produced by CedarOak Studio for a client will become the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees. CedarOak Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless CedarOak Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

CedarOak Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its services.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold CedarOak Studio, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the agency's services or the client's violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province, Country].

CedarOak Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on the agency's website.
